J Ortiz Pool Cleaning began over a decade ago when Juan Ortiz saw a need no one else was meeting in the Tehachapi area. What started as a one-man operation quickly grew through word of mouth, trust, and a deep commitment to quality. Juan built lasting relationships across local communities from Tehachapi and California City to Ridgecrest and Mojave by doing things the right way, every time. Still proudly family-run, the company only hires from within the local community, ensuring every job is handled with care and accountability. Today, J Ortiz Pool Cleaning continues to expand, now proudly serving Bakersfield and surrounding areas bringing crystal-clear water and peace of mind to every backyard.

We're a family-run business with full insurance and certifications. Authorized to handle repairs through major pool warranty and insurance providers.
We bring commercial-grade vacuums, hard bristle brushes, and chemical kits. We even offer robotic pool cleaners for hands-free upkeep.
Every visit includes full water testing and a detailed check of your pool equipment—filters, pumps, heaters, timers, and more.
No hidden fees. Most pools start at a $160 flat rate per our "Service Call" offer (1 hour of service, irrespective of pool condition). Recurring customers receive preferred pricing.

Each service call starts as low as $160. Per service call we are committing to one hour of our time, anything above that requires a custom quote.
Pool Maintenance
Enjoy your pool without having to worry about keeping it clean, changing the filter, or checking chemicals. We offer biweekly and monthly maintenance services.
